These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ECO-REFORMERS
website, and your engagement of ECO-REFORMERS for solar site surveys, system design, sale, installation, net
metering assistance, and maintenance services across Ghaziabad, Noida, Greater Noida, Delhi and the wider
Delhi NCR. By using our website or availing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By browsing this website, submitting an enquiry, requesting a quotation, or signing a proposal or work
order with ECO-REFORMERS, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, along with
our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of our website
and services.

2. Use of Our Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights
of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, this site by any third party. You must not misuse this
website by knowingly introducing viruses, attempting unauthorised access to our systems, or scraping content
for commercial redistribution without our written consent. Content displayed on this website, including
illustrative pricing, savings estimates from the solar calculator, and project photographs, is provided for
general informational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer.

3. Quotations & Site Surveys

Any quotation, savings estimate, or system-size recommendation provided through our website, over a call,
or via the solar savings calculator is indicative and subject to confirmation after a physical site survey.
Final system design, panel count, inverter capacity and pricing are confirmed only after our technical team
assesses your roof or ground space, shading conditions, sanctioned electrical load, and actual electricity
consumption pattern. Quotations are typically valid for a limited period stated on the proposal document,
after which prices may be revised due to changes in component costs, government duties, or subsidy
availability.

4. Orders, Pricing & Payment

An order is confirmed only once you accept a written proposal and pay the agreed advance/booking amount.
Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and, unless stated otherwise, are exclusive of applicable
government taxes, which will be added at the prevailing rate. Payment schedules (advance, progress payments
tied to milestones, and final payment on commissioning) will be specified in your project proposal or work
order. Where financing or EMI options are arranged through a third-party lender, the terms of that lender’s
loan agreement will separately apply and are not controlled by ECO-REFORMERS.

5. Installation & Timelines

We aim to complete installation within the timelines communicated at the time of order confirmation.
However, actual timelines can be affected by factors outside our control, including weather conditions,
delays in discom approvals, delays in customer-side documentation, material availability, and force majeure
events. We will keep you informed of any material delay and the revised expected completion date.

6. Warranty & After-Sales Support

Solar panels, inverters, and batteries supplied by us carry the manufacturer’s standard warranty, the terms
of which will be shared with you at the time of handover. ECO-REFORMERS separately provides
workmanship/installation warranty coverage on the mounting structure and wiring installed by our team, the
duration of which is stated in your project proposal. Warranty coverage does not extend to damage caused by
natural calamities, unauthorised modification, improper maintenance, or normal wear and tear. For any

7. Subsidy & Net Metering Assistance

Where applicable, we assist eligible customers with documentation and applications for government subsidy
schemes (such as PM Surya Ghar Yojana) and net metering registration with the relevant discom. However,
approval, disbursement timelines, and the final subsidy amount are determined solely by the concerned
government authority or discom and are outside ECO-REFORMERS’s control. We do not guarantee subsidy approval
or a specific disbursement date, and any change in government policy, scheme rules, or eligibility criteria
after your order is placed is beyond our responsibility.

8. Cancellation & Refunds

You may request cancellation of an order before installation work has commenced, subject to deduction of
costs already incurred (such as site survey expenses, design work, or materials procured specifically for
your project). Once installation has commenced, cancellation and any applicable refund will be assessed on a
case-by-case basis in line with the terms of your signed proposal or work order. Refunds, where applicable,
will be processed to the original mode of payment within a reasonable timeframe.

9. Customer Obligations

To enable timely and safe installation, you agree to: provide accurate information about your property,
roof condition, and electricity connection; ensure clear and safe access to the installation site; obtain
any society, landlord, or building-authority permissions required for rooftop work; and provide documents
needed for net metering or subsidy applications in a timely manner. Delays caused by incomplete or
inaccurate information provided by you may affect project timelines and are not attributable to
ECO-REFORMERS.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ECO-REFORMERS’s liability for any claim arising out of the sale,
installation, or servicing of a solar system shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific
product or service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential
losses, including loss of expected energy savings, business interruption, or subsidy amounts not disbursed
by government authorities, except where such exclusion is not permitted under applicable Indian consumer
protection law.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, the ECO-REFORMERS name and brand mark, is the
property of ECO-REFORMERS or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You
may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written
consent.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms
or your engagement with ECO-REFORMERS shall first be addressed through good-faith discussion between the
parties, and failing resolution, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at
Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, applicable law, or business
practices. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use
of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
